Hi, I’m Perry Lai and my job is to help teachers or civil servants make the transition from full-time employees to successful property investors.

Prior to property investment consulting, I spent over 5 years as a teacher, corporate trainer and workshop leader.

I started property investment advising  in 2011  to help salaried employees invest like the rich and ensure your lifestyle remains comfortable even after you retire.

Today, being a property agent is different than it used to be.

In the old days, we were paid to buy and sell a home. That’s about it.

Today, I am a consultant, and I give advice and counsel to my clients so that they can make profits from property transactions.

My relationship is one of partnership, and it is one based on trust. What that role allows me to do is be on the same side of the table as you are.

Education is my responsibility; I want you to be totally informed on the decisions you make, because it helps us make better decisions all the time.

We base our decisions on property investing by using data proof and not hope. That is why I use charts in my blog posts to explain whether a property is a good buy or not.

I am happily married with 2 adorable sons, Luther and Liam. One named after a famous activist and the other, an actor. I can’t wait to have more kids!
